"Our 1860s Victorian, three floored terraced, house in Seaton was the subject of a difficult ground up total restoration requiring specialised skills.  A high degree of planning was necessary, bringing together a close working relationship between all trades and supply. This delivered with understanding and empathy to the customer.

 

Mr Sam Phillips and his team at “Annings Plumbing and Heating Engineers Ltd” fulfilled a central, and key, role in this undertaking:-

Installing all new pipework serving water; gas; central heating.

Replacing old gravity fed water tanks with a new pressurised system. Fitting new boiler; cast-iron radiators; bathrooms; w/c’s; showers; and much more!

 

All work was planned, and agreed, from supply to fit. This was completed on time, and on budget. The levels of attention, trust, service, alongside professional guidance, were all delivered, without fail, at the highest level.

"In 2012 we decided to replace, upgrade and relocate our complete heating system to include a Condensing Boiler, Unvented Hot Water System and to add some additional radiators. A tradesman recommended Annings Plumbing & Heating Engineers Ltd, who we contacted and discussed our proposed work with Simon Parsons.

Simon dealt with our initial enquiry and home assessment visit during which he provided us with very helpful advice and installation options, followed by a written quotation for the work, all of which he provided in a very prompt and efficient manner. As a result, we asked Simon to carry out the work which he completed in an equally efficient manner and with an impeccable standard of workmanship. Simon has also installed a completely redesigned replacement Bathroom and Utility room.
