To ensure we minimise risk to our work force and to you, our customers, we have put measures in place:

• Each job is assessed on a one by one basis.

• We will endeavour to carry out a site visit to your property to assess the work required.

• We will be keeping a safe distance as much as possible.

• We carry all equipment with us.

• We will call you ahead of starting work to ensure you are still healthy.

• We have all the required PPE (we use disposable gloves  and wear masks where available)

• We carry disinfectant with us
   

Despite the measures being taken, we continue to operate and provide our professional service as much as possible to all clients.

 

PLEASE NOTE

If you are self-isolating due to being in contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 or are suffering symptoms of COVID 19, we will be unable to attend your property. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and would be more than happy to attend once after you have isolated, however we need to protect both our workforce and all of our customers.
