Annings Plumbing & Heating Engineers Ltd has a long and established name locally and has been run by two families for over 60 years. It is currently owned by Simon Parsons and Sam Phillips.
Sam’s grandad, Ivor Anning started as a plumber in Seaton in 1951 and formed his company I. & M. ANNING in 1956.
Rodney Parsons started working for Ivor in 1966 at the age of 15 and his son Simon joined the company as an apprentice in 1989, aged 16. Rodney took the business on in 1994 and renamed it ANNINGS, and Ivor’s 16-year-old grandson Sam Phillips joined in 2002.
When Rod retired in 2011, Simon & Sam took over the business, renaming it Annings Plumbing & Heating Engineers Ltd.
64 years after Annings began, Simon & Sam endeavour to provide the reliable, professional, competitive & personal service that this family run business has always provided along with the reassurance that they are a local, well established company.

Today Annings Plumbing & Heating Ltd are based in Colyton and Beer, and we cover East Devon and surrounding areas, as well as West Dorset.

We are fully insured and have full public liability insurance.

We are Gas Safe registered which means that our engineers have a rigorous training before they are allowed to work on gas appliances. We make sure we stay up to date with latest industry standards and regulations.
